The Hampton Park Student Ministries vision is to see young adults become passionate followers of Jesus.
Our mission is to partner with and equip parents in the making and maturing of their young adults into devoted disciples of Jesus Christ by the power of the gospel and the Spirit, and for the glory of God in the church and among the nations. To that end, we desire to lead students to be and to do what the New Testament reflects that the early church was and did, embracing Life by the Book.

These past few days have been some of the most memorable days of my life. When I say memorable I think of the communities, the culture, the heat, but above all I think of the people. Before I left, I was not sure how the language barrier would impact our interactions. But to be honest I don't really feel any barrier. Our bond is so strong in Christ that we feel a special connection that binds us together. Although we have translators and most of us know some Spanish, it amazes me how we can enjoy company with the locals through laughter, smiles, games, and worshipping. The people are so inspiring to me because they live so simply and are completely content. We have come to serve them, but they are always serving us through opening up their homes and cooking us delicious meals. The hardest part of the trip for me is not the exhaustion or the heat but waving goodbye to each dear church family that we meet when I know I probably will never see them again on this earth. But I rejoice in the fact that I will see them again when we can worship the Lord together in one voice.
Please pray that the team will point people to Christ and that the Lord may be glorified here in Mexico. Some team members have already fought sickness so please continue to pray for our health. I am excited to see how the Lord will work in the next half of the trip.
